So disappointing

Seed Capital has been a huge disappointment. The person we were assigned to was lax in contacting us.

It has been close to three months with no communication. We never received the funding we were promised and spend a few thousand dollars in trying to make that happen.

My credit score improved slightly, but no follow through and organization on the part of Seed. I really have not idea what is happening at this point and have basically given up on working with this company.

Misleading promise & how to save 3,000$ and get the same amount in credit cards

If you are checking this review before you commit to pay Seed Capital the application fee and the $3.000 you are doing the right action!

Be aware about what Seed capital promise during the sales call. With 720 credit score I was promised +120 k in credit cards. I received just 53.500 $, only $3.500 above their contractual commitment.

Also be aware ,if you are seeking credit cards in the business name,Seed Capital obtain for me only $4.000 even if I was promised $20.000 . this means that when you use the personal credit cards more than 30%, your credit score tanks .

With the next review/post I'll share with you the exact credit cards you can apply by yourself , get 0% financing and make you a favor : save $3.000 and the application fee.Is an easy process ,anybody can do it.Just log in in those list of credit cards websites and apply for the credit card . you have the same chance as Seed Capital to obtain the credit cards since they use to do the application in your name.

credit score was 780 now 566!!!! lost everything thru liberty dollar!!!!!

Update regarding Seed Capital...After a lot of back and forth emails that detailed a lot of specific information of what Seed Capital didn't do and a reminder of what the right thing is that they should do, Mr. James Saia and his partners refunded $3000.00 for the consulting portion of the deal.

It was refunded on one of the cards they had secured for me.

While I greatly appreciated that Mr. Saia and Seed Capital did the right thing and listened to my concerns, I still caution anyone to do your homework and really know what you want and how your willing to accomplish that task and most importantly with whom your willing to partner with.

If you don't, it could cost you in a lot of ways. I feel lucky that I got a refund, but; I am not sure I would have of if I hadn't pursued it and pushed it and had all my facts in order.

This company will promise you the moon for you and your company. Yes, they will get ALOT of credit cards secured for you. While they are at it, they will dump your credit score in the toilet and get you in debt up to your eyeballs! They do this for the small sum of $3000.00

Now, if you want to spend another $3000.00 they will promise you the moon AND the stars. They will be your private CONSULTING counselor for a whole year. They will make sure they get their money on one of those new credit cards the moment you get it. That's when they walk away and you will never hear from them again. They are sooooo nice before they get their money, but; ask for a refund and it's a whole different story.

Learn from my VERY VERY expensive mistake. DONT WORK WITH SEED CAPITAL!!! P.S I have been in business for 21 years and I thought I knew what I was doing and by working with them was to make by business bigger and better. I am worse than I started. Just deeper in debt. Stay away.

Seed Capital made up for the blunder of the first round. I worked with a more senior member of the company who was far more effective with communication, helpful and successful in following through with promises.

I am grateful and respectful for this follow through, although it is unfortunate that it took this post for this to happen (thanks Pissed Consumer!) Bottom Line for seed capital: what they do is a delicate process that can do a number on your credit and requires an expert; I would recommend only working with an experienced person in the company!

Private Money Exchange has been rude in my follow-up attempts. There strategy is to give you the run-around and you never talk with anyone helpful. I'm sure it has something to do with them not wanting to return $25K they got from me for doing nothing...

Daeus Financial got organized and set up there system online, which seems clear; I'm working through it now...

I'm still not sure if they do anything in the end...

So essentially you pay several thousands of dollars to access their site that takes you through the steps needed to get credit.... It will take the normal small start-up business much longer to set up the stuff required than the 6 months they promise!

I have been contacted by Seed Capital and they have agreed in taking steps to remedy the issue as a result of this post. I will keep the post updated as actions are taken.

No word from the Private Money Exchange or Daeus Financial

I was referred to Daeus Financial by I AM the Solution aka Private money Bank aka Private money Exchange aka Secured Investment Corp run by Lee Arnold who in the end SCAMMED me out of $25,000 plus damages not including what is mentioned here.

Daeus Financial promised to get my business set up with business credit in less than 6 months and if I did it on my own, It would take me years; I told them I wanted to do some research on it and get back to them; he said if I didn't get it now I would be charged double... It was an exclusive onetime offer because of my relationship with the original scamming group. Long story short; I got nothing but unanswered emails and phone calls and a referral to yet another scamming group Seed Capital.....

Who promised me 50K in funding (not telling me that they were doing it by opening 5 credit cards in my name) at 3% apr with a fee of $3,500 after I got the funds and if I didn't get 50K they wouldn't charge me the $3,500 (I actually have this in writing). So they took my information... After 5X as long as they promised they said: o we got you 36K and it’s over 5 credit cards. I was not happy and then they charged me the $3,500 anyway without my permission and against the agreement ….and they have not answered on call or email.

Anyone have similar experiences with Daeus Financial or any other company in this chain of scammers? Any attorneys putting together cases? PLEASE CONTACT ME! (304) 268-**** I’ve already submitted complaints with the FTC; waiting to take action.

This Lee Arnold lives in his mom's Basement in Valley, Spokane WA, also head of Jesus Christ Church in Spokane conning the elderly of their life time saving.

All this after he been kicked out several states like Utah, you should contact DFI,SEC and the attorney general office in WA, ID, Fl they have many open prosecution cases against him& wife and his criminal crew including his father and uncle 8) .

We successfully been able to close him down in post falls ID, now he operate from a mail box in laundry mate CeurD'aleen ID.

You will have all your money back if you contact DFI/SEC in ID ,)

I signed up with Daeus Financial Services and Seed Capital about 4 months ago and I thought they were going to help me get my LLC and help invest in my business. Instead of investing in my business they maxed out all my credit cards and my business has not even gotten off the ground yet.

I have done everything they have asked of me to help this process along and still nothing. They’ve done nothing!!! I wish I would’ve known about these people before I went in head first. It would have saved me $18,000.

I feel like such an idiot for not doing more research beforehand. I should have known better as I have gone to school for Business but I guess I was naive to think that everyone works on the same moral compass as I do.I’ve tried to go through the “specialists” at Daeus Financial Services and get my money refunded back to me but no one ever calls me back. I’ve left voice messages back to back but still nothing. Where are they?

I bet they laugh all the way to the bank every time they take someone for their money. It’s not good business and it certainly is NOT alright.I have contacted a law firm to help me recoup the money l lost. It’s been great working with Sean 260-357-****. He’s really done his job and has taken care of what needs to be done.

I didn’t even have to pay anything upfront. I think the process should’ve gone a little faster but that’s just me. I’m an impatient person. Other than that, it’s been great and I’m so glad I called.

Sean, you know how my husband and I feel about you…WE LOVE U!!! ;)I really hope and pray that Daeus Financial Services gets what they deserve!!

PLEASE…if you’re thinking about doing business with them…DON’T!! And if you already have, contact Sean, tell him Jean Pidgeon referred you.

Seed Capital claims to generate working capital for a potential business owner by contacting credit card companies and opening up credit lines in the business owners name. This comes at a cost of $5,500.00, which is not worth their efforts. Seed Capital has ripped me off for $5,000.00!

Never provide them with your credit card information because they will not fulfill the terms of the contract. They charge your credit card and do not provide the services detailed in their contract. After contacting my bank to reverse the charges, I was told Seed Capital contested my refund.

Seed Capital Reply:

Pay no heed to anonymous internet postings done by competitors trying to smear our good name. If any of this posting were even remotely true there is no possibility that Seed Capital would have an A+ rating with the BBB. Again, that is not just an A rating; but an A "PLUS" rating. When you are the undisputed leader in an industry you are also unfortunately the target of bottom feeders willing to do anything to gain an advantage. We do not wish to play in the mud and will let our track record and A+ rating with the BBB speak for itself.

I came upon this page and was shocked by some of the reviews. I recently completed my funding with Seed to open a quick care clinic in Texas and my experience was exceptional. I can only imagine that some of these posts are by competitors tying to push business to them because some of the claims as to fees and type of funding are so completely off base that there is no way that they actually worked with Seed.

I was able to raise $167k in unsecured funding, with a mix of bank loans and credit cards. The process was exactly as described and I would recommend this service to anyone who has been denied funding through traditional channels. I tried for 9 months to get an SBA loan only to be told no. Seed raised my start-up capital in 3 weeks and our business was open in 8 weeks from the start of the funding process.

If you have a solid business to execute, Seed will guarantee you the money and you will be successful. However, if your business is not solid to begin with, it will fail regardless of the type of funding you chose. I feel too much blame is displaced on funding type and not enough emphasis is placed on the business model that was chosen.

The team at Seed Capital are professionals through and through. I received funding in 10 days and it was a super smooth, painless process. Communication was wonderful and I have already referred many of my friends and colleagues to them. I had tried several MCA companies in the past, but the paperwork requirements were murder and the approval amounts were just never enough to truly allow me to do what I needed from a strategic business standpoint. When looking at options to finance my new photography studio I figured I would easily receive a loan from my bank of 20 years. I was appalled when I was immediately turned down. Then after getting the same response from several other banks, my friend recommend I contact Seed Capital. All I can say is, "WOW"! I was approved for 100k in funding within an hour. After submitting my paperwork, I began receiving my funding in days. After 10 days I had been approved for $158,000! This was twice as much as I need to open my studio. I must admit, after getting turned down by 5 banks I was extremely skeptical that Seed could deliver, but I am now a lifelong believer. If you need capital you MUST consider Seed, you have nothing to lose and only the world to gain.

I would like to say Seed Capital has been incredibly helpful and professional in all aspects of my dealing with them. I am now at the point where I am about to open what will hopefully be the first of many more stores all due to their access to funds which I know I could not have located without their help. I would also like to add I was ignored by a bank who said they wanted to help me and they held everything up for a couple of months, but when I called Seed I was helped right away. As everybody knows, times are tough, and even those that would have easily qualified for financing in the past have been having challenges going through conventional financing and dealing with the traditional banking system. Seed Capital has been the exception. The feedback that we receive from our owners that have used them has been extremely positive. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they provide results. Very often I receive calls with updates on all of my clients, which simply does not happen with other lenders. I would recommend Seed Capital to anybody that is looking for a quick, economical and viable way to raise capital.

My wife and I have been working with Seed Capital for nearly two years now. During that time we have been able to get approved for $270,000 in total funding. With that money we have purchased four rental homes and one duplex. Our total monthly revenue from our income properties is up to $5,700 each month. We also just purchased a flip home a few months ago for $170,000 and recently sold it for $350,000 after putting $40,000 in improvements into it. We made a profit of $140,000 for just a couple months worth of work! Seed Capital is the reason we have been able to do any of this. Without their ability to help us get the initial funding we would have never been able to realize our dreams of being professional real estate investors.

I Owe Everything to Seed Capital's Funding

I was first a little skeptical that Seed Capital would be able to provide me with the funding I needed to flip homes especially at 0% interest. But boy was I wrong! Seed ended up raising me $202,300 in capital and I have just recently closed on my first rehab property for $89,000. Once the house is rehabbed I am expecting to sell it for a minimum of $114,000 giving me an anticipated profit of $24,000. I am in the process of bidding on a couple other properties as well. If it wasn’t for Seed Capital’s incredible ability to raise funding, I would never have the opportunity to be in the house rehab business. Thanks again Seed!
